good but.........

This is more a review for those making a decision about the electronic academics and purchase with the kindle. I will say that the book is an established resource, proven academia and knowledge and organized in an ideal flow. Good resource. I also have the hardback version of another pelvis and acetabulum book and those that use harbacks know the power in being able to turn a page and reference other topics quickly. So the Kindle is underpowered and poorly programmed for the pop up and figure explore even video link exploits. You will find yourself being jumped from random pages and will spend a considerable time navigating manually back to your original location. Point is, click a figure, loose your location. Click a reference and you are dropped in the end of the chapter navigating back. So those considering the kindle reader version need to prepare for a cumbersome flow for this style of reading. Academic references are not the same as novels. Sorry to knock the kindle e version but for those wondering the benefits of it for text reference should understand this. Perhaps a new version of kindle for this type material should be considered. Bottom line good book but kindle "e" version is underpowered.
